Pattern No: 8277

Although few marked items of patterns 8277 and 8278 have been recorded, it seems likely that they are identical except 8277 has the additional ‘flower basket’ motif. Both are classified here as nursery ware due to the small sized cups & saucers, a size known to have been used by Gray’s Pottery for other nursery ware patterns.
Note that the teapot shown here has no pattern number marked and the marks on the boxed set are unknown.
