A8161 is a version of the plate top centre in the image of six. The text on the back reads (as written): “Exactly as A8286* but Green in Place of Tan Brown in Place of Grey.”
Note that there’s a plate in the V&A Museum, London, (ref C.251-1991), referred to as pattern A8161 and which was a pattern sold by the London retailer Heal & Son, under the name Pegasus.
