Patterns A9224 and A9611 appear to be identical. Three lamp bases of each have been recorded (no other shapes) and the numbers are all clearly either A9224 or A9611.
Painting a lampshade in the same pattern as the base was a common practice at Gray’s Pottery. The second image, from a 1950 Hobbies Weekly magazine, relates to an ICI plastic material which was used for lamp shades.
