Seven different prints have been recorded so far for this pattern:

Several of these appear in a 1957 advertisement in the VSCC Bulletin as seen in the first image.
All the pattern numbers of the actual pots shown are marked D1192/1 and the advertisement confirms Gray’s common practice of adding a suffix to the pattern number: it usually indicates a different colourway or, in this case, either ‘Coloured’ or ‘Plain Black’ versions of the design.
