The square blue-rimmed plate has Art of Tormenting 3(1).
The lidded box has a rather discoloured (possibly, oxidised or over-fired) print Sayings & Doings 2(3). The box has its original product label indicating the Queens Candy Box shape, a popular shape used by Gray’s in the late 1940s and through the 1950s.
The print on the small jug in the fourth image is Art of Tormenting 5(4) (Lady and servant, Version 2). The shape was known as a Castle jug at Gray’s Pottery: see the website section Retailers, North America – USA, Skinners for more information on Castle jugs.
