A9407 is the pattern on the jug in the top image, being silver lustre on a yellow ground.
The jug on the right of the trio in the bottom image (silver on pink) is marked A9407/1, the suffix indicating a different colourway of a particular pattern, in common with Gray’s usual practice of the time.
The use of a ‘bird/bird on gate’ motif in a lustre pattern as seen in pattern A9407 is not unusual for Gray’s Pottery.
